SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Standard processing time is two business days up to ten business day. We know how excited you are to receive your items so we want to give them to you as soon as possible.

  • We typically use USPS First Class Shipping or Priority Mail. We may use UPS for expedited shipping options. International shipping are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

  • We offer international shipping. Some countries are not accepting shipments from USPS First Class mail due to Covid-19. This may affect how we can reach certain countries. Customer is responsible for any custom fees charged to accept the item. That is a SEPARATE charge from Survivors Corner and we are unable to refund any shipping fees.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

ORDERS CAN ONLY BE CANCELLED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PLACING YOUR ORDER.

 

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 DAYS of the original order's arrival date. Please email info@survivorscorner.net the following: 1.Your order number. 2. The item(s) you wish to return and the reason.

  • We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped.

  • If we have made an error, please email info@survivorscorner.net and we will require a picture of the issue in order to proceed with fixing the problem.

  • Merchandise must be in unused condition. Refunds are provided in the form of store credit. Please note: Based on the condition we reserve the right to deny the return. (i.e. smoke smell, burn marks, pet hair, etc..)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Return Tracking Number is REQUIRED in order to process refunds/exchanges. At this time, we are unable to process direct exchanges.

  • Exchanges are treated like returns.
